A permanent supportive housing tax credit project, Desert Hope serves low-income residents with a history of homelessness. This adaptive reuse project entailed the renovation of 20 two-bedroom units into 40 efficiency units targeted to homeless, chronically ill, and veterans at our below 30% AMI, and includes a laundry room, community room, landscaping, and in-house services.
