The first of its kind in Albuquerque, Hope Village is a permanent supportive housing community, which is designed as a permanent refuge for those previously homeless. And this community offers just that – hope, a true answer for those who are often not heard. This “single site” community includes 42 units of affordable housing with onsite support for individuals who are homeless with significant behavioral or mental health concerns or addiction, and must have an income at or below 30% AMI. Hope Village has proven that innovative partnerships can lead to meaningful change in our communities. As a result, 42 individuals who were on the street now call Hope Village their “forever home”.
