A tax credit renovation project, Copper Terrace is located near the Sandia Mountains in the Northeast Heights neighborhood of Albuquerque. Our team went in and rehabilitated the existing 96 units and built an additional four, offering one to four-bedroom options totaling 100 units. Of the 100 units, 25 serve families with children, 80 have HUD Section 8 rental assistance, five units are 60% AMI, and ten are market-rate. Tenants can enjoy features including all-electric kitchens, wood-plank vinyl flooring, a computer/business center with WiFi, and a great location near retail and the freeway.
