This project was purchased from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under their property disposition program. Pavilion Construction lead renovation brought forth extensive improvements to the existing site; including new paving, new site concrete, new landscaping and site amenities. The project also included complete interior and exterior renovations to five apartment buildings, which saw significant improvements and additions to the existing community building.
