Marquis Post-Acute Rehab in Tualatin is a three-story mixed-occupancy building with facilities in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living, along with a community building. The first story of senior housing is designed for Skilled Nursing and contains 54 beds. The second and third stories are designed for Assisted Living and each floor contains over 40 units. Assisted Living gives occupants the privacy of individual apartments with the assurance of a trained staff available 24 hours a day. They also feature shared community spaces like dining rooms, family rooms, and activity areas.
