Newberg Skilled Nursing is a short-term senior care facility that has the atmosphere of a spa or a hotel, a step away from the typical cold and institutional facilities that service a similar market. Marquis Companies designed this project that caters to seniors who don’t require hospitalization, but need extra care and therapy as they recover from surgery, a stroke, a heart attack, or a physical injury. The project boasts incredible interior design with multiple common areas such as lounges, private and group dining as well as physical therapy.
