Sunset Hills Apartments is a community designated for individuals over the age of 62 and individuals with long-term disabilities. The project is currently under construction and includes the rehabilitation of 6 residential buildings with 60 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The work includes a renovation and addition to the existing community building that provides the manager’s housing unit. The community features environmentally-friendly amenities and meets the Enterprise Green Communities Criteria, and MFA design guidelines.
