Serving as the first affordable housing bond project through the Portland Housing Bureau, the 105 Apartments make the City of Portland 51 units closer to their goal of 1,300 affordable units to help combat homelessness. This Hazelwood neighborhood building presents tenants with bike racks, state-of-the-art appliances, and being in close proximity to local schools, entertainment, and public transit stations.
