Pavilion’s first completed project, Bella Vista utilized tax credit financing as awarded from the Mortgage Finance Authority. Bella Vista features townhome-style living providing ideal housing for families in an area experiencing significant job growth, as agricultural industries revitalize eastern New Mexico. As it became clear that rental revenues could be expected much sooner than anticipated, our clients elected to incorporate additional tenant oriented amenities, enriching the livability of this community.
