Originally built in the 1970s, the Commons at Martineztown project is the 4% MFA tax credit renovation of 96 units across multiple properties. In an effort to make the community more comfortable, secure, and energy efficient, this complex prioritizes families, seniors, and people with disabilities. The scope also entailed a new community building, improved indoor air quality, creating accessible common areas and adaptive units, and landscaping.
