DeWetter Homes is a low-income community in El Paso, TX that provides 98 units comprised of two, three, four, and five-bedroom options. Located conveniently to public transportation, parks, retail, and the zoo, this family-centric community is a great place to call home. Each unit features ceiling fans, washer/dryer hookups, updated fully-equipped kitchens, and window coverings. Community spaces include a clubhouse, picnic area, soccer field, and two play areas. This LIHTC-funded HUD RAD renovation project had multiple forms of funding, 26% minority participation, and aimed at making the community a more inclusive place for individuals with disabilities.
