Harper is the MFA renovation of 59 units of affordable housing in Albuquerque, NM. Spread across 12 buildings, the renovations of Harper included upgrades to building envelopes, heating/cooling, lighting systems, roofing system, most of the site, new leasing, and a community building – giving the property a much-needed breath of fresh air.
