The Kirkland Avenue Townhouses, developed in partnership with the Renton Housing Authority, make up the largest modular affordable housing project in Washington, and the first in the western half of the state. This exciting housing community provides replacement homes for families that were displaced from other existing housing communities which are being redeveloped.
