This complete building renovation on consists of a community building and 36 residential dwelling units, 8 of which are set aside for the Special Needs population. The community features beautiful landscaping, access to walking trails, picnic areas with barbecues, clubhouse and a delightful children’s play area. The renovation included, site improvements, new roofing, exterior finishes, interior finishes, new energy efficient windows, and new unit doors. All units required new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. An addition was newly constructed on to the community building for increased storage space. All of the upgrades addressed ADA standards, Enterprise Green Communities Criteria, and MFA design guidelines.
