NORA Apartments was designed with a high level of sustainability in mind. Each unit is fully furnished with wall-mounted TV’s, WIFI, cable, and built-in armoire. Common amenities include indoor bike storage with repair station, rooftop deck oasis with fire pit, and 360 degree campus and city views. The first three floors of this 8-story development are constructed of concrete and light gauge metal framing utilizing a post-tensioned concrete podium with 5-stories of wood framing above.
