Palmville Homes is the historic reconstruction of 100 units into 84 affordable housing units. Spread across 31 buildings, buildings range in sizes from housing one unit to four units. Renovations included central air, stainless steel appliances, the addition of a fitness center and shuffleboard area, and a new community room with games. A TDHCA-funded project in partnership with the San Benito Housing Authority, Palmville Homes is exactly why we do what we do – to give communities their lives back.
