Siler Yard Arts + Creativity Center is an affordable housing live/work community with shared facilities, wrap-around services, tenant creativity opportunities with different art mediums, and more, putting the tenants at the forefront. New Mexico’s first Net-Zero energy multifamily project, 100% of the energy needed to run the community is generated through solar and uses water efficiency innovations including low-flow plumbing and passive water harvesting.
