New construction of a team room building, with emphasis on mechanical, utility, and electrical work. The scope included structural improvement of the auditorium, locker rooms, boys and girls’ bathrooms/showers, as well as overall building additions. These improvements made for a more cohesive area for athletes to bond as a team, including additional construction of a concession building near the softball field.
