The Monroe was rebuilt after it was completely destroyed by a fire caused by an arsonist during construction. This project is a significant contributor to the revitalization of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The five-story purely residential building consists of slab-on-grade, wood and steel-framed structure, and a flat roof. On-site parking includes a combination of fourteen surface and tuck-under spaces accessed through a portal in the building.
