The U8 Medical Offices project consists of two commercial buildings for Villa Therese Catholic Clinic and Presbyterian Medical Services. The buildings comprise of community rooms, business offices, waiting areas, medical exam rooms, dental exam rooms, break rooms, labs, and an exterior courtyard between the buildings. At 5,675 total square feet, this project just goes to show that even though size-wise this is smaller than Pavilion’s typical portfolio of projects, its impact on the community is monumental.
