The Village in the Bosque project includes the new construction of 75 LEED Platinum apartment units and the renovation of 24 units. At the center of the community will be a park featuring a recreational lawn, playground equipment, basketball court and community building. Pavilion Construction is overseeing the extensive site work and demolition of existing structures. Existing buildings are being renovated to include new floor plans, energy efficiency retrofits, solar energy, front porches and private patios. The 75 new units are partial second story tri-plexes.
