Vista Gallinas in Las Vegas, NM features 15 units of permanent supportive housing for low income individuals with disabilities. Residents only pay 30% of their annual income for rent with utilities included. All 15 units are ADA compliant and tenants can enjoy a play area for children, laundry facilities, garden beds, and a community building. Vista Gallinas was the first supportive housing project in the area with close proximity to shopping centers and restaurants.
