This five-story development is located at the base of the West Hills adjacent to the Portland State University campus in downtown Portland, Oregon. It’s location, modern design, and spectacular views of the campus and downtown make it an ideal home for students. The Amy was built with students in mind. Floorplans feature a mix of multiple studio and one-bedroom layouts ranging from 300 to 600 square feet in size and each fully-furnished unit features bike racks. Several large common areas overlooking downtown are located throughout the building. The Amy replaced a 30-unit apartment building which was carefully demolished prior to the new construction. The building is wood-framed over a concrete parking structure.
