Originally built in 1995, Ashwood Downs features Evergreen Sustainability Design Standard affordable housing for the Olympia community. Completed with HUD funding, the property boasts 96 units across nine buildings, including studios, one, two, three, and four-bedroom units. Ashwood Downs is an affordable, garden-style community that offers ample sized units, amenities including a picnic/grilling area, garden, clubhouse, in-unit washer/dryer hookups, wheelchair accessibility, and a playground. Pavilion was proud to give this community a breath of fresh air it needed for longevity and livability.
