Pavilion’s 100th project, Medano Heights boasts 146 units across 10 buildings. As a LIHTC-funded project, Medano provides much needed affordable housing for the El Paso community sitting on an 11.67-acre parcel. Amenities for the beautiful site include a clubhouse, playground for children, picnic and grill area, all located centrally on the complex to give an overarching sense of “community.”
